Re: A question about eloquence

Mind pointing me to a link where I can get that? Don't remember seeing it anywhere on the NVDA addons page.

Re: A question about eloquence

Yep, I'm using NVDA. Guess I'll just have to have fun fucking with dictionaries unless anyone knows of a better way.

Re: A question about eloquence

I've never seen an option in NVDA for controlling that.

Re: A question about eloquence

Without knowing what screen-reader you're using it will be difficult to give you exact steps to fix this problem. The problem you're facing is called "mixed-case processing." You need to turn it on in your screen-reader. Mixed case processing tells the screen-reader to split up words that are joined together using capital letters. It's really easy to do in JAWS through the settings center. In NVDA once I was looking for about ten seconds I gave up (then again, I've never found NVDA's options dialogs to be intuitive, so I avoid them if I can.)So where ever you find mixed case processing turn it on.

Re: A question about eloquence

Hello, perhaps you can change it in its dictionnary?

A question about eloquence

Hi.So this has been happening for a long time on my phone, but I only recently had this problem on the PC when I had to re install eloquence.Basically, now it reads out all capitalised blocks of words as if they were all one big word, for example, Normally CharlieMerry would be pronounced charlie merry, but now it's pronounced more like charliemerry.Thanks,Charlie.
