I love Entombed but I've never tried the other ones. This gives me an idea of some I might like. I'll give them a try.

Re: Any gamers here with autism or other things causing sensory overload?

The only game that's ever made me feel that way is New Horizons. I was able to fight through it though and then once I knew what was going on, I was able to deal with it.

Re: Any gamers here with autism or other things causing sensory overload?

I suffer from the opposite. I'm blind, mildly autistic, no sense of smell and very limited taste. I experience severe sensory deprivation.Basically my brain's spinning around in my head saying 'Wait a minute, I thought there was supposed to be a world around me? Where  is it!'

Re: Any gamers here with autism or other things causing sensory overload?

I struggle with this myself. There are some games I just can’t play, for example the blind swordsman. I tryed doing it on stream a while ago and the results were quite amusing.

Any gamers here with autism or other things causing sensory overload?

I'm totally blind, autistic, and have chronic illnesses that make my problems with sensory overload worse. Because of this there are a lot of audiogames I can't play because they have too many sounds going at once and I can't process it all or get overloaded. I was just curious if there are any other gamers who deal with this here and thought it would be nice to discuss what games are playable for us. This is why I'm a huge fan of text-based games. I also like some audiogames if they don't have too many sounds coming at once.
