I'm curious, where do you come up with poor technical support, poor screen reader integration, and so on?And from what I have read the UI or script interface shouldn't really have any issues unless the screenreaders change quite everything and windows at the same time.And peh, its kinda obvious that companys like heartgen or however that's spelled as will have issues with something that basicly tries to provide something for free. I.E if you have something for free why would you opt for spending $$ for almost the same functionality.imo, that blog post was nothing but a nice strategy to try and get people to not donate to the campaign. I would donate to this, but I would not feel comfortable supporting something that I feel will not last into the future; has no direct company responsible for its development; has poor technical support; and has poor screen reader integration, even for NVDA. I also do not like how this is being targeted at NVDA more than other screen readers. Could this possibly be the reason for the disagreements between the JAWS and NVDA communities a few months ago, culminating in blog posts from Joseph Lee and Hartgen Consultancy? Ahoy thereI was thinking of posting about DictationBridge myself,but you did so that's coolI guess most of us are aware of What dictation bridge seaks to do but for those that don't, Its basicly a interface script if you will for all the major screenreaders out there, and they will be available to everyone for free to use with either the default windows speech interface or dictation software like dragon speaking and what have you. That is if the Project meets its goal of raising the amounted listed on its indiegogo page.I feel that this project deserves all the support you are able to provide because it'll finally mean People being able to access the speech interfaces of their choice without having to pay and pay and pay some more to be able to access them. Please donate to the dictation bridge project if you have the money and time.It is a project that will allow blind and V.I people to use speech recognition and to hear what it is writing on the screen. We already have speech recognition I know, but this isn't the same.
