Gaming on the mac Hi everyone, from now on, all my new games aside for the upcoming balloon master game will now be in python. My question is this. If I add support for mac would any of you actually use them? Should I even try to port them to mac? I'm curious what the community thinks. Re: Gaming on the mac Yes, yes, and yes. I will definitely use it, as it is my preferred OS as of now. Also, my computer is much faster. Re: Gaming on the mac If it doesn't slow development down to a crawl or cost allot of money you don't have, go for it. Their are plenty of audio gamers that aren't skilled enough with computers to understand how to virtualize, let alone do bootcamp or wine. The simpler and more newbie friendly the game, the more these kinds of people will want to play it as well. Regardless, it would be nice to have more games for the Mac that don't require you to set that all up even for advanced users,, since most people don't know you can run Win 10 deactivated with very few drawbacks, and VBox isn't as accessible as VM Workstation, which is expensive if you don't want to be a pirate/use torrenting sites. Re: Gaming on the mac @potterspotter13: Which reminds me, I need to probably do a phone activation on this virtual machine of windows 10. The SSD upgrade and copying of the virtual machine rendered me deactivated, and hardware id switch on the vmx didn't help matters. *spoiler alert: Yes, this is an upgrade key based off an oem license of windows 7 installed to a vm.
