Re: My summer car? Consider it like a mish mash between a life sim, and a 3D puzzle game. The puzzle element being the building of the car. It takes place in Finland in the 90s I think, but the car is an older vintage one from the late 60s or early 70s. You have to do all the work and you have to buy parts and stuff. You have a van and a tractor and stuff like that to help you out. You can also do jobs to get you some money to help buy shit. Even if you got a save file with the car already built, you would just crash it and die. Also, you have to click on stuff in the car like for opening the door and for starting it up and stuff like that. Forgot to put on your seatbelt and you barely tap a wall? Dead. Flip off the wrong person? Dead. Piss off the shop owner? He won't serve you and you'll die. Answer the phone during astorm? Dead (there's even an achievement for that one). Drink too much and piss in the wrong spot? DeadIt's shorter to list what won't kill you. uhthe quit button probably won't. Seriously, it's not a game for the faint of heart, or impatient. Then again, nor is Revhead, my other suggestion. Admittedly, my experience in MSC can be summed up as followes: Teamed up to build the car, sharing the mouse. I got tasked to pour in the fluids. I put oil in correctly. I forgot the brake fluid, and the radiator fluid. Put those in after being reminded of it.and sat back, job well doneSo, the team I was in started up the car, drove five feet, I shit you not, the engine ground to a halt and lunched on the internal bits. Lesson, always, ALWAYS tighten up bolts. Somebody forgot to tighten up everything on the engine, oil goes in, oil goes right back out the underside of the engine.not a pretty sight.EDIT: Just got reminded of this by housemate (who was part of that team), you walk along the road, and don't keep your head on a swivel, you die. Don't pay the bus driver? You're trapped on the bus and you die. You take the boat and drop something in the water and jump in? Yeah, dead. Or worse, you strand yourself on the islanddead. It's very detailed too, you'd be using the mouse and its an open world game. You also have to contend with drinking and pissing and having to do jobs to get money to buy parts and your granny wanting you to bring 101 food items to her and the shop guy's blabbering ass lol. Re: How to play my summer car as a blind? Also, you better know Finnish and be VERY patient building the car, for example, you build the engine from literally, the ground up. You need to know what wrench goes with what bolt, what part goes where, and what you have and haven't put together. It's perfectly possible to build an engine that decides as soon as you start it, it'll scatter itself all the way to Teemo's shop, then refuse to be put back together, or it'll dump all the oil out while you're filling the radiator (or pissing in it. That works too in Finland)I'd suggest something like Car Mechanic Sim or Revhead, though the latter is equally as cruel. For example...getting into a car in both games..in GTAV you hit F, you drive on PC, nothing else neededIn MSC: Go to car, open door, get in, move around till you find the magic area that lets you grab the wheel, don't forget to close the door, then find the ignition, then turn it on, then release the parking brake, dip the clutch, shift into gear, if you didn't stall first, then drive.Or, in other words, MSC is hugely detail oriented, you could drive the van, but again, that goes like this:Go to van, open door, shuffle around till you get to the magic drive area, hit enter, close door, start engine, activate glow plugs, wait for all that to work, dip clutch, shift into gear, drive.Oh, and I forgot the seatbelt in both examples, too.For the Satsuma, your summer car, you'd best hope you built it right or you won't go anywhereIn other words: MSC is nothing like GTAV, MSC is hugely, hugely detail oriented and the dev isn't changing that any time soon.
