I don't know any zombie themed audio games, but there are some browser games and muds, namely urban dead (check the db for details), and epitaff online, thoughI'm afraid I don't remember the connection detail for that one.I'll also say if you like zombocalypse, don't miss out on Zombie exodus, it's one of the hsoted games under the choiceofgames banner, and though it's a solo adventure (albeit it has gamecenter acheivements on the Iphone), it is a very good representation of a zombocalypse, with a good amount of replay value too as well as very nice characters and writing.On the same vane I'd also recommend dead man walking, which you can find on the chooseyourstory site, though not quite as good as zombi exodus it's still definitely worth a play and has some really great horror moments, as well as rewarding the player who thinks crytically. Urban dead was ok, but i found it hard to get to a building. Could you maybe put an example up of how you go to a building or something like that? I tried it with jaws, and all i did was press enter on a building, and nothing happened. Also try epitaph online go to epitaphonline.co.uk port 6789 an awesome zombie mud. Also there's zmmbies live by storm8 games. Also try zombies run you don't get to kill any zombies but you can run from them through the game. Then there's the tactical battle map zombie house which is included with tactical battle game. Also I've heard resident evil 5, 6, and darkside chronicles are accessible so it might be worth checking those out.Then there's flexible survival which is not actually a zombie game but has zombie like monsters who will try to kill you and have sex with you.You might want to finish zombie exodus since you can get about 12 endings depending on the choices you make in the game. Bare in mind flexible survival is very much an adult x rated game with an extremely sexual theme, lets just say losing in battle these monsters don't just want to eat you, and the descriptions are highly graphic. Feel free to try the game if you want, but bare this in mind, indeed if you want to try it go and read the db entry and find the link which will give a good description before you start so you can be very sure what you are getting into. As to zombie exodus, it only gets better when you buy the paid content believe me, so I'd highly recommend making the investment. If I remember rightly with urban dead there is a move button, you don't just click the building. Also bare in mind that the display shows things in a grid pattern around you with you in the center. I'd recommend reading the wiki if your uncertain. Hi Rory.No, unfortunately epitaph does not have a soundpack at the moment since it's still being developed so hopefully in the future it will. You can't use mush-z to play epitaph but you can get mushclient which is free and easy to use. Download mushclient there is an entry here on the database for it then you can add muds to that. to do this press alt+f to open the file menu then select new world and type in the mud's information such as the website and port number then press save and it should open up. If it doesn't go to open world and select it there. Then use your screen-reader's cursor such as the jaws or nvda review cursor to read the screen. For a better experience with mushclient get mushreader on there website and follow the instructions.You can also use vipmud to play muds but I could never get that one to work properly so I can't tell you how to use it.Oh, and these aren't zombie games exactly but dead space 1 and 2 are supposed to be accessible and they have zombie like creatures in them.Hth. Unzip it and put the files into the mushclient folder that was created. You don't need mushreader for mushclient but for some muds it's better if you have mushreader installed so that your screen-reader will read the mud properly. Hi Rory.No unfortunatley there aren't many mainstream games accept for skullgirls injustice and the smugglers games that have accessibility options. Resident evil 5 6 and darkside chronicles have an option where if you check your PDA to find out where you are supposed to go when you close the PDA you will turn in the correct direction. Resident evil 5 is for pc, xbox 360, and ps3 but resident evil 6 and darkside chronicles only has ps3 and xbox 360 versions at least for now. And the dead space games are only for xbox 360 and ps3. To navigate menus you will need sighted assistance. You should make a list of a game's various menus that way it's no problem navigating menus. Resident evil 4 and 5 have iOs versions but I checked them out a long time ago and they are completely inaccessible. I don't think there will be access changes to the iOs apps since they haven't been updated in quite a while.Hth.
