Chris wasn't saying that it wasn't a bug. He was saying that you had selected the wrong Product type from the list when submitting the bug, you must have chosen bugs.slimdevices.com as the product, indicating that the bug you were raising was an issue with the bug tracking system itself. Chris's comment was simply to explain that he had changed the Product type to SB Transporter for you. It's a hacked workaround, but you might try installing my VolumeLock plugin and locking the Transporter volume at 100%. I don't know if that will work, and don't have a Transporter to test with. Sounds like a bug to me, I would check the bugs database.
