but it shows connection refeused.

These things are working fine and I am able to create other webservices and 
deploye on SimpleAxisServer and they are also

hi,
I am creating Web Service client application in Java and using 
SimpleAxisServer which is in C++. When I am invoking Web Services it is 
connected with the server but not terminated. As soon as I am restarting my 
SimpleAxisServer, getting response, otherwise after some time I am getting 
error that is ...

faultCode: {http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/}Server.userException
faultSubcode:
faultString: java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out 

if their is any solution to invoke services cross langauge, please provide 
the solution(hint). I think Web Service client is not getting endpoint.
