You can use Basic Authentication to make sure that only the right ppl
can access your WSDL file. The tutorial at [1] should give you a better
idea on implementing this. You can also use Apache Rampart if you need a
better security mechanism. A good tutorial on Rampart can be found at
[2].

axis2 web services security

Hi friends,
anyone can help regarding web serivces.
i was created a web service by using "Axis2 Integration with the Spring
Framework" configuration.its working fine.but the problem is all people is
able to see my wsdl file from browser. if want stop seeing the wsdl in
browser.so for do i need any web services security.if need what type
security i have to add to my service.
plz help me regarding this.

Web Services Security

Hi all,

I am using Axis 1.4 for building my java web services. The client will be 
in .Net

Could anyone please advice me the best way of achieving the security. I 
have read about public and private keys but has 
anyone already implemented it for web services? 

In that case, can anyone please give me a pointer so that I can get some 
direction to implement it.
