On your record, the information is on these lines

lines 1-2: baptismal date
line 10: birth date
lines 11-12: parents' names
lines 16-17: paternal grandparents' names
lines 17-18: maternal grandparents' names
lines  19-20 godparent's names

If you collect the names and dates, I'll double check it for you.  These are 
great records for getting back into practice!

They are having everyone pay for the newest upgrade 2017 ftm and then you 
can link to your tree again. so the update to their version of ftm 2014 no 
longer allows you to link to ancestry.

grandmother (who was the granddaughter of this Jose Silva). Could this 
be "surdo mudo" instead?

You're welcome.  It wasn't just you, I too had some trouble getting
it...the verb "sendo" I was ok with but 2nd word was different because of
the interference of the letter J from the name above it I had to look at
the previous record to see what letter bore those curls and looking at
RezenDes I saw the writer was doing his letter D two different ways, which
then helped me put it together.
