I've done some research on your ancestors and we have more than one 
connection as 4th cousins.

No 1 - Married with Manuel dos Anjos Nunes Lopes in this conservatory - 7
June 1924. Record of Marriage no. 71 of that year. On the 15 of October of
one thousand nine hundred seventy and four (that's when they made the
note). Then there's the signature of the person making the note.

No. 2 - The marriage recorded something something dissolved by the death of
the spouse died on the day 8 then refers to the marriage record # 71 of
1924. On the ten March one thousand nine hundred seventy? eight. (So I'd
guess that Manuel ded 8 March 1978).

No. 3 - Died on the 18 of March 1984 in this freguesia of Sao Jose, of this
council. Record no. 209 of 1984. On the 18 March 1984. I can't make out the
last sentence. The last word says Avenida.

Can someone give me insight on the margin notes in general, 
specifically for this baptism of Maria Moniz, daughter of Raphael Moniz and 
Maria Jose Mederios of Ponta Delgada, Sao Jose, Sao Miguel.

There are 3 entries in the margin next to her baptism.
It looks like a marriage to Manuel De Anfos Nunes Lopes; then the date 
looks to be written out at 1974
The second I am at a loss, I see a date of 1924 but not sure what the rest 
is.
The third, her death March 1984 in Sao Jose.Does it say where she is 
buried?
