[AZORES-Genealogy] Help with last name

Hi everyone,
I'm researching the family below but I think I see different variations of 
the last name, I know this is normal but I want to make sure that I have 
the closest spelling of the name. The name I'm looking for is 
Cruvello/Curvello...or maybe it's something else. I just need clarification 
of the Cruvello/Curvello/Something else name.

This record is for Andre Cruvello (?) in the side note but on the body of 
the document it say Frias (after his mom) marrying Ursula de Andrade

This record is clearer but I can't really make out the bride's father's

It looks to me like she was born 30 May 1885 and baptized on the 31st.  
Children are only baptized with one name so I don't see a middle name.

There are actually three margin notes that were all written on 18 Jan 1969 
(the second note actually says 18 Feb 1969):

1. Married Antonio Luiz de Arruda in Posto de ??? de Bretanha on 1 Feb 
1926, (? record 325 of 1926)
2. Marriage dissolved by the obit of the spouse on 6 Sep 1940 (record 325 
casamento of 1926)
3. Died on freguesia of Bretanha, this concelho, on day 14 , record 54 
today, 18 Jan 1969

[AZORES-Genealogy] Help with Baptismal Record of Mariana Arruda

Ladies and Gentlemen,
I would very much appreciate help with the side note on this baptismal 
record.

This is the baptismal record of my grandmother, Mariana Arruda.
I need help with the birth date ( is it the 30 May 1885?), her middle name 
and of course those date on the sideI understand she married my 
grandfather Antonio Luiz de Arruda on 01 Feb 1940, but the rest is too much 
for me to understand. 
The note continues onto the next page where I understand it to mean Mariana 
may have passed away on 14 August 1959? or 1954?.

O individuo a que se refere este registo faleceu nesta freguesia ao 26 de 
Outobro de 1957.  Vila do Porto, 26 (or 20) de Outobro de 1981.

Roughly: He died in this freguesia on 26 Oct 1957.
