RE: [AZORES-Genealogy] Google Chrome

2012-09-16 Thread Diane George
On the Chrome toolbar, there is a little wrench on the far right. Click on
that and then on Bookmarks. You can then show the Bookmark toolbar. You can
import your bookmarks from Internet Explorer once you have the toolbar
showing.

See if that will help.

2012-09-16 Thread Sam Koester
Pam, Just under your address bar line should be, if you check the option to
show on your toolbar when you added the bookmark, some of your bookmarks
once there are to many to show there or if you did not check that option you
can either click on the spot on the right that looks like >> and/or click on
the little folder on the right that says "other bookmarks".

Hope this solves the problem for you. Sam in CA

Re: [AZORES-Genealogy] Google Chrome

2012-09-16 Thread Jo Anne Hartmann
H, I can click on the "star" and it will bring up what IS bookmarked
already.  I am really more "informed" on my old "explorer" toolbars where I
have a "favorites" icon on it.  When I added Chrome I had to put an "imported
from IE" icon on the toolbar.  I click on that to bring up my bookmarks.  I'm
not very good at this.   I think I can screw up my computer by clicking on this
and that --- I actually go to "help" for many things.
