Depends on how you configure it, but roughly the VPN is just a network link. Set the route for the remote client to be over that link (the VPN) and let basic networking take care of the rest :) You really need to follow those details up on the OpenVPN mailing list (after having read the fine manual). -- Please keep list traffic on the list.
