Begitu kata pepatah untuk menggambarkan ketidaksempurnaan kita sebagai manusia yang kerap melakukan kesalahan. Meski begitu, kesalahan tetap bisa dihindari atau diperbaiki. Termasuk kesalahan-kesalahan yang kerap kita lakukan dalam perkawinan. Nah, berikut ini sejumlah kesalahan yang paling sering dilakukan pasangan dalam sebuah perkawinan yang tak jarang memberi dampak amat buruk yaitu perceraian. Karena itu, simak baik-baik dan sedapat mungkin hindarilah. 1. Kurang Menghormati Jangan menjelek-jelekan pasangan kepada teman-teman atau rekan kerja. Ingat, Anda dan suami/istri saling membutuhkan dan masing-masing juga harus tahu bahwa dirinya dihormati pasangan. 2. Ketidakjujuran Berbohong dan mempunyai rahasia di dalam perkawinan hanya akan menciptakan jarak alias jurang pemisah dia antara Anda berdua. Awalilah kehidupan perkawinan dengan kejujuran dan niat tulus untuk tidak akan berbohong dan bersikap tak jujur pada belahan jiwa. 8. Ingat, Anda dan pasangan adalah belahan jiwa yang saling memerlukan dan harusnya saling mengisi. 10. Pemarah Setiap pasangan harus dapat menghadapi konflik dengan cara yang positif. Jika Anda memiliki sifat pemarah, mungkin Anda dapat memenangkan perselisihan yang terjadi namun pada akhirnya malah bisa mengakibatkan kehilangan semuanya. Mba Uci-mamaKavin & all moms, My manda (22bln) lahir dulu rambutnya hitam,rada tebal, lumayan megar & agak kiting. umur setahunan kitingnya nyisa di ujung aza, jadi kaya rambut temennya si Laura yg suka sirik di litle house in the prairi itu loh.. karena menurut saya rambutnya udah cakep, jadi ngak pernah di gundulin eh..lama-lama makin tipis dan memerah... akhirnya saya potong sebatas leher.. , bye...bye...ujung kiting yg cakep... trus saya kasih peresan seledri...buat saya wanginya seledri itu bau banget... But kalo pengen babynya ntar rambutnya ok/tebel bisa kasih sledri (air peresannya) or minyak kemiri yg dibuat sendiri.. pakeinnya seminggu sekali cukup 1 jam sebelum karmas.. ati2 kalo kelamaan bisa bikin rda pilek krn dingin.. Morning moms.. sorry udah sempat kedelet, kemarin ada yg minta resep mpe-mpe yah ? maksudnya empek empek palembang ? kalo bener, ini saya copy-in dari kumpulan Fovourite recipes for luch-dinner, kontributor: Odilia Winneke Empek-Empek Bahan: 50 g tepung terigu 500 ml air 2 siung bawang putih, parut halus 500 g daging ikan tenggiri/belida, cincang halus 3 sdt garam 2 sdt gula pasir 350 g tepung kanji 2,5 liter air 1 sdm minyak sayur Cuko: 50 g asam Jawa 150 g gula merah, sisir halus 700 ml air Haluskan: 100 g cabai rawit 2 sdm tong cai 5 siung bawang putih 2 sdm ebi, rendam hingga lunak, tiriskan Pelengkap: 150 g mentimun, potong kecil 50 g ebi, rendam hingga lunak, tumbuk halus, sangrai Cara membuat: · Aduk tepung terigu bersama air dan bawang putih. Masak di atas api sambil aduk hingga menjadi bubur kental. Angkat dan dinginkan. · Campur dengan daging ikan garam, gula, dan tepung kanji. [balita-anda] Sharing : kurang pede jalan sendiri
Hi juga mamanya Rafie... Sekedar sharing pengalaman saya dengan my manda ya.. Waktu Manda seusia Rafie, dia juga udah bisa jalan yang tegap, tetapi tetap aja minta di titah. Kalo ngomong emang udah lumayan kosa katanya (warna, hitungan,nama binatang,nama buah), juga udah bisa diajak komunikasi buat hal-hal yang rutin and udah bisa buat 1or 2 kalimat dgn 2/3 suku kata. Mulanya sih kita pengen banget liat manda bisa jalan sendiri seperti anak-anak lainnya, tapi kalau emang anaknya yng ngak mau ya gimana..( manda sih rada penakut gitu...) kan ngak bisa di paksa in.. Ya udah..akhirnya kita take it easy aja, sambil tetap pelan-pelan di ajarin biar mau lepas.. Pas 16 manda bisa jalan sendiri...eh..cuma bertahan 2 mingguan, trus mandek lagi, minta di titah... kembali lagi deh pelan-pelan di ajarin biar mau lepas.. Usia 18 bulan, manda benar-benar mau lepas tangan nah lho..lebih parah kan..^0^ ) and langsung..ngacir...ke mana-mana... Jadi take it easy aja..selama Rafie normal & sehat, lagian setiap anak itu unik loh..ngak sama dgn anak lainnya, punya kelebihan sendiri. Manda's mom - Digunting dari: Majalah anakku - Edisi Mei 2005 Mimisan 90% dapat diatasi sendiri. Jangan panik. Bagian dalam hidung dilapisi oleh selaput lendir yang selalu basah. Selaput lendir ini banyak mengandung jalinan pembuluh darah. Di bagian depan, jalinan pembuluh darah disebut sebagai pleksus Kiesselbach. Di bagian belakang juga ditemukan jalinan pembuluh darah. Bila pembuluh darah ini pecah, terlihat sebagai mimisan. Sebagian besar mimisan dapat berhenti dengan pertolongan sederhana atau bahkan berhenti sendiri. Yang sering terlihat menakutkan dan membuat ibu panik adalah bila anak mengalami muntah darah, padahal sebenarnya hanya memuntahkan darah yang tertelan. Demikian pula dengan batuk darah, bukan berasal dari paru melainkan karena batuk mendorong darah yang ada di tenggorokan. Penyebab 1. Penyebab paling sering adalah benturan atau kebiasaan mengkorek- korek hidung. 2. Udara panas dan kering menyebabkan selaput lendir hidung menjadi kering dan pecah. 3. Bila hidung tersumbat terus dan berbau busuk, mungkin disebabkan anak memasukkan suatu benda ke dalam hidungnya. 4. Sekat hidung yang bengkok, menyebabkan aliran udara kurang baik. Akibatnya selaput lendir hidung menjadi kering dan pecah. 5. Pilek dan alergi. Peradangan di rongga hidung dan membuang ingus terlalu keras dapat menyebabkan mimisan. 6. Mencium bahan kimia, misalnya asam sulfat, bensin, amonia. 7. Kadang-kadang mimisan adalah gejala penyakit darah, misalnya kurang trombosit, kurang faktor pembekuan, leukemia, dan lain-lain. Pada penyakit-penyakit tersebut, sering ada gejala lain misalnya pucat, biru-biru di kulit, dan lain-lain. 8. Mimisan pada orang dewasa dapat disebabkan merokok, tekanan darah tinggi, alkohol, atau makan obat yang mengencerkan darah. 9. Anak yang minum obat yang mengandung asetosal dan ibuprofen juga dapat mengalami mimisan karena darah menjadi kurang cepat membeku. Mencegah mimisan 1. Jangan mengkorek-korek hidung. 2. Jangan membuang ingus keras-keras. 3. Hindari asap rokok atau bahan kimia lain. 4. Gunakan pelembab ruangan bila cuaca terlalu kering. 5. Gunakan tetes hidung NaCl atau air garam steril untuk membasahi hidung. 6. Oleskan vaselin atau pelembab ke bagian dalam hidung sebelum tidur, untuk mencegah kering. 7. Hindari benturan pada hidung. Pertolongan 1. Duduk, agar hidung anak lebih tinggi dari jantung. 2. Membungkuk ke depan sedikit, dan bernapas dari mulut. 3. Jangan tidur terlentang. Aliran darah ke hidung bertambah deras, dan darah dapat tertelan ke belakang. 4. Tekan hidung selama 5 menit. Yang ditekan adalah seluruh bagian depan cuping hidung, tepat di atas lubang hidung. 5. Tangan yang lain dapat digunakan untuk memberi kompres dingin menggunakan es pada tulang hidung, untuk memperlambat aliran darah ke hidung. 6. Bila setelah 5 menit masih berdarah, tekan lagi selama 10 menit. 7. Kalau masih tetap berdarah, bawalah anak ke ruang gawat darurat rumah sakit. 8. Bila sudah sering mengalami mimisan, dapat meminta campuran lidokain 4% untuk mengurangi nyeri dan epinefrin 1 : 10.000 untuk mempercepat darah berhenti. Pemasangan selama 10-15 menit seringkali sudah cukup. Semprotan hidung oxymetazoline 0.05% juga dapat membantu. Bagaimana dengan daun sirih? Daun sirih merupakan adstringent, yang berfungsi menciutkan pembuluh darah. Daun sirih dapat menolong, tetapi sterilitasnya kurang terjaga. Jangan-jangan mimisannya sembuh tetapi jadi mengalami infeksi. Tekan dengan jari akan lebih aman. Dr. Hardiono D. Mama Achan, coba sharing ya mungkin stimulan anaknya lebih di tingkatkan yang saya terapkan buat putri saya Manda (20 bln), kita rajin ajak dia ngobrol.. pokoknya kalo saya & papanya udah pulang kerja..kalo ajak dia main or ngapain aja, mesti sambil ngobrol.. ajarin anak /ngenalin anak pada benda-benda yang ada di sekitarnya. Setiap kata kita sebut berulang-ulang, kalo mandanya lagi mood, dia ngikutin, kalo moh..diam aja, ngak mau ngulangin. Tapi saya sih ngak perduli dia mo ngulang ato ngak, tetap aja saya ngomong sendiri.. (ampe mirip orang...) trus yang ngasuh juga di suruh rajin buat ajak anak ngobrol.. Tadi kata mba Uci-mama Kavin dgn cara stimulasi jumputin benda-benda kecil ya.. menurut saya benar juga. Manda udah bisa ngitung 1 s/d 10, nah suka maen beras, di jumputin ke cangkir kecil, trus di pindahin ke baskom yang gede, sambil ngitung sendiri... , hasilnya sih beras berserakan ke mana-mana, but its OK buat saya. However, tiap anak di ciptakan unik, punya kelebihan & kekurangan masing-masing, yang penting kita ortu usaha terus buat berikan yang terbaik.. semoga sedikit membantu. GBU ! Salam kenal kembali buat Mbak Yuli, kurang lebih sama dengan Umminya Dilla, putri saya Manda (20 bln) lengket banget ama saya & papanya. Kita berdua kerja ( pergi jam 7.30 pagi & pulang jam 5.30 sore ), tapi ya itu tadi, kalau sudah di rumah, kita ngak pernah kasih Manda buat di pegang lagi ama mbaknya yg ngasuh. Mulai dari masak makanan, mandiin, tidurin, gantiin celana or baju semua kita lakukan kalau kita udah di rumah. Bahkan kalo Manda rewel malam hari, secapek apapun kita, ngak bakalan pernah kasih manda ke mbak nya. Itu udah komitmen kita.. Palingan mbak nya cuma buat ngebantuain ambil ini & itu (keperluan) aja. Hasilnya sih di tempat kerja kadang kelewer juga kurang tidur or kecapean, tapi rasanya puas banget gitu loh... Puji Tuhan sampe dengan umur 20 bulan sekarang Manda masih bisa saya urusin walopun dedeknya di perut mamanya udah ada. Buat saya yang penting ada kemauan yg kuat Mba Yuli. Meskipun bekerja, tapi waktu buat anak tetap diutamakan. Meskipun pas pulang kerja so pasti ngerasa capek, harus tetap meluangkan waktu untuk anak2 kita. Saya kebetulan jarak rumah dengan kantor sangat dekat (hanya 10 menit), dan jam kerja sekarang juga udah gak sampe malem lagi, jadi jam 4 saya sudah bisa pulang ke rumah...:-) Jam segitu pas dengan jam mandi sorenya Dilla, jadi saya yang mandiin, bukan dgn Mbaknya. Pokoknya kalau kita sudah di rumah otomatis Dilla saya atau Abinya yg pegang. Apalagi pas hari libur (Sabtu-Minggu), full day bersama Dilla, jadi si Mbaknya bisa sekalian istirahat. Tadi pagi, pas saya udah rapi mau berangkat kerja, si Dilla ternyata sudah bangun (biasanya bangunnya siang). Dan minta dimandiin sama saya, si Mbaknya didorong keluar kamar mandi sama dia:-) Meskipun udah rapi, tapi saya tetep mandiin Dilla karena gak tega ngeliat mukanya yg innocent gitu... Segini aja sharingnya Mbak, mohon maaf kalau kepanjangan. Dear Moms, Kemarin sore putri saya Manda (20bln) kesandung pas lagi main ama papanya. Akibatnya ada luka parut/gores beberapa garis di pipi kiri wajahnya. P3K udah kita lakukan, dengan cara di bersihin pake alkohol & di kasih salep Benecetine (maap sebut product). Karena kategori ringan, kita pikir sih blum perlu di bawa ke dokter Papanya kuatir banget, takut ntar luka nya ninggalin bekas (habis anak cewe sih). kalo putri saya manda ( 20 bln ), yang kejepit jari kelingking kirinya di pagar.. kejadiannya pagi..setelah kita beragkat kerja & kita baru tau setelah pulang kerja sore.. hasilnya kuku jari kelingking udah biru kehitaman... ama papanya rajin di kasih betadine.., pagi, siang, malam.. kuku di jaga tetap kering... tapi tetap waspada sih, suhu badan rajin di ukur , sapa tau sampe demam karena infeksi.. dalam semingguan terjadi proses kuku yang membusuk, lepas & tumbuh kuku baru.. Puji Tuhan.., kita ngak sampai bawa ke dokter..kok. tapi traumanya sih ke saya, kalo dia pegang pintu pagar or pintu-pintu di rumah..saya pasti udah kejer.. jadi jantungan sendiri... :-) semoga membantu... Kasusnya sama nihh dg anakku (16bln), 1 bln lalu jempol kakinya ketiban kaleng obat nyamuk (mortein spray) yg masih full. hu...langsung nangis kejer n aku liat kukunya langsung biru kehitaman. aku langsung kasih trombophop. tidur sambil dikasih asi sampe Pagi. besok paginya, mungkin masih agak sakit tp anaknya udah gak nangis cm jalannya masih agak sakit. malamnya saya kasih minyak tawon+arak. 3 hari kemudian hitamnya mulai berkurang n jalan udah biasa. karena kuku jempolnya udh mulai panjang, ama neneknya digunting, ehh tiba2 keluar darah segar muncrat, wakkss neneknya kaget banget. Tp yg heran anaknya ketawa2 aja...gak sakit tuh.. apa efek dari arak cina yg saya kasih or memang udah mati rasa ya?? gak tau dehh.. tp 2 hari sejak digunting kukunya mulai putih n langsung copot dg sendirinya. Nah, sekarang dlm proses utk tumbuh kuku yg baru. ohya, saya juga gak bawa ke dokter sama sekali, krn saya pikir ibunya masih bisa handle. dan takutnya kalo ke dokter malah dikasih obat2an yg seharusnya tidak perlu. Gimana kalo di beliin mini swimming pool dulu Bu ... Diameternya ada macam-macam, ada yang kecil dan ada yang gedean... jadi pengenalan kolam renang gitu lo... Keponakan-keponakan saya sebelum di bawa ke kolam renang di kenalin ama mini swimming pool dulu.. Pernah dipaksa sama saudara dimasukin ke kolam malah nangis teriak sambil pegangan erat banget. Dan itu tidak langsung masuk ke kolam, pakai main2nan air dulu eh tetep nggak mau. Padahal kalo dirumah sukanya main air dikran tapi kalo sdh ketemu kolam renang jadi mengkeret dech. Mungkin ada parents yang punya tips2 supaya anak mau berenang. Ikutan share ahmumpung blom kecemplung dengan kerjaan... Mama Kevin, Kayaknya Manda (19 bulan) banyak persamaan dengan Kevin & anak-anaknya Moms lain yg udah share di BA deh.. Kalo bilang 1 s/d 10 , dan warna-warna yang di sebutin cuma suku kata belakang doang ( itu juga kita mesti pancing dengan suku kata depan depan, contoh kita bilang "sa..", trus manda nyambungin deh "tu." dst nya. Kalo huruf baru bisa A s/d E. Tapi kalo bilang mama, papa, dedek teteh, mbak udah fasih banget. Bilang mbek, meong juga udah bisa banget, kali karena sehari-hari liatin itu melulu kali ye..dari balik pagar.. Ngomong 3 huruh juga bisanya baru cuma : itu apa mama ? ini apa mama ? kalo kita jawab : itu mobil, trus di sambung dengan pertanyaan : ...bil apa ? nah..gitu terus deh sampe capek jawabnya, tapi senang juga sih..atinya dia bisa nyambungin dua kata yang baru di dengar Eh kayaknya dia juga punya sense of humor..nih..terkadang manda gabung dua kata buat godain mama & papa nya , seperti mama mbek... , papa bebek , kadang di ganti jadi papa mbek...mama bebek... ih...papanya sampai gemes. Trus manda juga suka cerita sendiri pakai bahasa planetnya"cuyawe..ua.ti...yu ..pu..ku...yam..pi.ca.dst...bisa panjang ngomongnya , trus di akhiri dengan tertawa terkekeh-kekeh... , kali dia pikir dia udah cerita tentang hal yang lucu banget.. nahkita ikutan tertawa deh...pura-pura ngerti dia ngomong apa, padahal... ngak tuh...!! Hampir sama kayak Bagasnya-Mbak Andini, manda udah bisa di ajak komunikasi, seperti kalo habis mandi di suruh ambil sisir, minyak telon & baju , udah tau ambil benda yang benar tapi semuanya mesti udah ada di siapin di samping nya. Tapi nya ya itu. manda masih aja jalan pegangan 1 tangan alias blom berani lepas tangan, padahal tanpa dia sadar , kadang-kadang dia udah berdiri sendiri, melangkah 2 langkah.. tapi kalo kita menjauh darinya langsung deh dia jatuhin badan buat, duduk. Papanya suka menghibur diri sendiri and ngomong.." ya ngak apa-apa deh...vitamin makanan nya lari ke otak ngak ke dengkul..ya kak" Btw, aku ngak begitu pesimis sama perkembangannya anakku, selama pertumbuhannya normal & jarang banget sakit aku udah Praise the Lord / Puji Tuhan banget.. Hai Bu Novi... sekedar sharing apa yg saya alami..yg berkaitan dengan service Morinaga : anak saya Manda (19 bln) lahir di RS dan sempat menggunakan BMT pemberian RS 2 hari. Dan pihak Morinaganya catet kali ya dari record RS..mana-mana bayi yg sempat/pakai produknya mereka sehingga mereka punya no. telp rumahku. Trus, sejak saat itu s/d sekarang Cust. Servis nya Morinaga rutin deh tiap bulan telp ke rumah saya untuk mengikuti perkembangan anak saya.. point utamanya sih tanya apakah anak saya masih pakai Produk mereka , tapi juga tanya-tanya : BB, kesehatan si anak sampai ke imunisasi segala dan terkadang saya jawabnya sekedar saja... tapi kalo saya balik bertanya seputar penggunaan susu & pertumbuhan anak mereka mau kok terangin secara details.. Emang sih..kalo menurut saya intinya mereka mau kita tetap pakai produk mereka seperti saran mama DiniandDinta , coba deh hubungi no telp / email yag ada di kaleng nya... ocre.. selamat mencoba.. Dear Moms, ada titipan pertanyaan nih dari teman saya.. yang lagi hamil 6 bulan. dia belom konsultasi ke dokter sih..tapi mo minta sharing/advis dari Moms dulu... (kebetulan saya ngak ngalamin, jadi ngak tau) . : mau tanya nich..masalah dikaki timbul urat halus-halus & besar semacam varises, padahal sehabis jalan pagi, kaki sudah ditinggikan/diganjal pakai bantal + 30 menit. Hi Moms & Dads, anak saya-manda, 19 bulan, lagi doyan makan mie nih.. kalo liat mama/papanya lagi makan mie instan Ixx (goreng ato rebus), dia mesti ikutan icip-icip , padahal kan ngak baik buat anak seusianya, tapi kalo ngak di kasih malah nangis... jadi ngak tega...hiks... :-( Nah karena kandungan mie adalah karbo hidrat juga, saya pengen kasih mie yg bebas bahan pengawet. Pls inform dong kalo tau produk mie yg bebas bahan pengawet & aman untuk anak-anak ?
