didalamnya mengandung Kalsium dan Magnesium dengan perbandingan 2:1. Magnesium 
membantu kerja Calsium dalam penyerapannya ke tulang. Kelebihan calsium akan

mbak temenku masih belia ada loh yang dah kena pengapuran
aku tanya ke dia apa makanan ya mempengaruhi hilangnya si
minyak itu soale mamanya juga ngalamin pengapuran (maksud
aku pola makanan di keluarga) sayangnya dia gak tau persis 
penyebabnya . 
mungkin smart parents lain ada yang tau ?
