Hi Everyone

I have a user who says every message she deletes in her mailbox does
not get deleted on her device; she must manually delete them on the BB.
I did confirm that if she deletes on the device first it will remove the
message from the Inbox. Any ideas? The device is set to delete on
both.

Thanks

Hi Everyone,
I have a user who reported the following issue:
"uncaught exception Application net_rim_bb_addressbook_app(939) is not
responding process terminated:"
Does anyone know what could cause this and how to fix it? I plan to just
wipe device and resynch, but was curious if anyone had any experience
with this type of error.
thanks

You could try deleting the service books, then register the host routing table
again, then reactivate.

I assume the issue is constantly occurring? If no apps have been recently
installed, I have found that a wipe, OS removal, and reload solve these odd
problems.

Hi Everyone,
I have a user who reported the following issue:

Does anyone know what could cause this and how to fix it? I plan to just wipe
device and resynch, but was curious if anyone had any experience with this type
of error.

This happened to me yesterday. It was a user i was working with a few days
ago, and it happened after running mailbox repair utility on BES 4.1. I
suppose it was something that was queued and not delivered until the services
restarted on our BES.

Does anyone know why a user would get this message, "Password was changed by
administrator" when nobody at our help desk would have tried to change it.

Its been happening to a few users.

Hmmm, Interesting, thing is I don't think the services were restarted.
Our server team installed about 13 microsoft patches and it seemed to
have kicked something off. I sent the log files files to RIM and am
waiting to hear back.

After the updates were installed was the server rebooted? Its possible that one
of the services failed to start after a reboot and the team restarted the
service.

I found out the services were actually restarted. You are correct. We
had the same thing happen a few weeks ago on BES 5.0. About 20 users
got their passwords changed and had no idea what they were.

Do you know if there is any way to delete old rogue jobs like this that
are queued up.
