[Blind-Computing] expanding tool bars
Hi I have been having troubles with my college website. I need to post a certain number of message posts on particular class websites. Starting in JAWS 10 the text boxes where one posts text messages disappeared. So, I tried satogo.com. This worked for a while but now it is giving me mixed results. One message I did receive was that the tool bar was collapsed. Is there a function in JAWS 10 or IE 8 that will automatically expand all tool bars? IF not how does one expand the tool bars manually? I appreciate any ideas. These days, flash drives, and external, or even internal hard drives are so inexpensive, that it is more affordable to backup your files to them, instead of re-writable cds. Occasionally, I will use a re-writable to test the function of a custom disk before burning it to a cdr, other than that, I don't have any real use for them, and only keep about 4 or 5 of them on hand. Hi John, I would opt for another backup media. A re-writable cd or dvd would not make a reliable backup. If you left the disk open, you would have to burn another session, and more than likely, you would just end up with another batch of files. Trepan Singh - Original Message - From: "DoubleLegal" To: Sent: Saturday, June 27, 2009 6:25 AM Subject: [Blind-Computing] R e: Thanks Lino for info- Questions aboutInternet Explorer versions I appreciate your input. I am going to install IE 7, just as soon as I can figure out how to turn my Avast anti virus off. Tried to install earlier and it suggested I turn it off. I tried to install without turning it off and it wouldn't allow me to do that. So, IE 7 will have to wait a little longer. Thanks again. The differences in these versions is that you have tabbed browsing. I like it cause you don't have to open up another web page in another new window. I also like the RSS reader built in. HTH buddy.
