I've been getting that error here for the past 2 hours or so. I think its our connection and yours too, but don't know for sure. I'm able to hit enter on links just fine as I speak. [Blind-Computing] having trouble playing a movie on my computer
Hi, everyone, I ordered a movie from amazon.com but now I can't play it. When I put the DVD into the computer, all I hear is a song played numerous times. Recently I had a DVD drive installed on my computer but now I don't know what to do to play the movie. I'm using windows media player to try to play the movie. Any help with this would be very much appreciated. Many thanks in advance. Rosemarie For answers to frequently asked questions about this list visit: http://www.jaws-users.com/help/
Re: [Blind-Computing] having trouble playing a movie on my computer
Hi Playing movies on the computer has proved to be a troublesome thing for me but what I have found is that in windows media player one needs to tab to the file list, arrow to the track you want to listen to and press enter. It is a cumbersome way to watch a movie but it is the best way I have found with out installing more software. Re: [Blind-Computing] having trouble playing a movie on my computer
It's most likely 'stuck' on the movie menu system. I use VLC media player since it lets you choose which track to navigate to, which soundtrack to use, whether or not to turn on subtitles etc. etc. Still just need to find a list of all it's shortcut keys. [Blind-Computing] Can Podcast Client Delete Files?
Hello all. Please forgive as this may be a duplicate posting. I'm not sure if my previous message was received. I'm very upset because I had a folder which contained 11 shows. Today, when i used Juice, my podcast client, what would have been the twelfth show downloaded but now the folder only has the two most recent shows in it. Is it possible that Juice somehow deleted the other shows? If not, where might they have gone and, can I retrieve them?
