well, if she's using vista,
she wouldn't be connecting to Outlook express. she would be connecting to

has your friend went into the msconfig and stopped programs from starting at

has your friend reset the laptop to factory defaults?

I still am satisfied with magic Jack as my sole telephone service save for
my cellular service. I have been so since 08. All I can advise is that you
give it a try. You can always return it before 30 days if you aren't
satisfied. I paid 60 dollars for a five year license. I now only pay 20
dollars monthly for my internet service, and 10 dollars monthly for cable
service. You can't beat that with a white stick I say.

I am not one to but in, but magicjack is horrible. We had it, and we
are both blind and had no trouble setting it up. The problem comes later
when you can hear people but your upload speed isn't good enough and other
speople say you are breaking up. Expense is certainly a reason to do it,
but we wasted our money. It worked for a month, and then we had all kinds
of problems and had to pay reconnection fees for comcast.

It has been quit a while sence I set it up, but the voice mail is set up
thrue the hand set. As for a coad I don't remember having to type one in.
You just had to type the address in for the 911 feetcher. The call
forwarding is great, and the sound quality is great as long as you use a
multy handset phone.
