Re: [Blind-Computing] free download manager
Thanks. Cause I just had a major dispute with IDM. I paid for registration and the code won't work. So I just asked for my 24 bucks back. Further to that, I saw somewhere on their site, something about having to purchacing it again if the code is not working. Do they think there're money trees growing somewhere? -Original Message- From: blind-computing-boun...@jaws-users.com [mailto:blind-computing-boun...@jaws-users.com] On Behalf Of Rick Justice Sent: Thursday, December 08, 2011 7:53 AM To: blind-computing@jaws-users.com Subject: Re: [Blind-Computing] free download manager Hi Anthony, Give this a try: http://www.blind-computing.com/internet/pages/free_download_manager.html HTH, Rick Justice - Original Message - From: "Anthony tom in studio" To: Sent: Wednesday, December 07, 2011 8:52 PM Subject: Re: [Blind-Computing] free download manager Hi, where can I find that free download manager? -Original Message- From: blind-computing-boun...@jaws-users.com [mailto:blind-computing-boun...@jaws-users.com] On Behalf Of Anna Vimini Sent: Wednesday, December 07, 2011 1:47 PM To: blind-computing@jaws-users.com Subject: [Blind-Computing] free download manager Hi all, how do you get free download manager to stop telling me that there is no current down loads that are active thanks in advance anna For answers to frequently asked questions about this list visit: http://www.jaws-users.com/help/ For answers to frequently asked questions about this list visit: http://www.jaws-users.com/help/ For answers to frequently asked questions about this list visit: http://www.jaws-users.com/help/ For answers to frequently asked questions about this list visit: http://www.jaws-users.com/help/

[Blind-Computing] lost folders?
Hi list, I seem to have had a virus on an external drive or somewhere in my system, that basically created shortcuts on any removable media I will attach to the computer. After scanning the system and getting rid of whatever virus there was, the result was that the folders on the external drives can't be seen. I know they're there because when I check the file properties I can see that the drive is not empty. Question. How can I restore the folder? I mean make them visible again? And for future reference, what process did this virus use to achieve making the drive appear to be empty? Many thanks. Anthony. [Blind-Computing] can't install?.......!......!!
Hi, greetings. I've been for the last three hours, trying to install my legal copy of roxio media creator 10. each time I would try, I get an error message that would only tell me that setup has been interrupted! Nothing else! Its s annoying! Anyone had any experiences like this? When I was installing the software for my hp office jet j5500 all-in-one, I had a similar issue, but I tried shutting off jaws for a while during the install process, and that did the trick. No luck this time though?!!! Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated, whether or not it works. Anything is worth a try at this time! This is expensive software! Many thanks. never ever take patients for indicission nor silence for weakness. stay strong and always believe in yourselves. If this fails reverse the process from the Laptop side. I do not have Vista but I assume that it has a network setup utility? I know I had to run the setup wizard twice on my PC and once on the laptop to finally get it all to work. It did not work properly after just one running of the wizard on the PC side.
