[Blind-Computing] 403 Forbidden Error
Greetings gang. For some reason, when I try to access the web site below using IE 8 or Firefox 3.6, I get a 403 Forbidden error, which is strange because I was able to access this site without any problem or restriction yesterday. What does this error mean and is there any way to get around it? It normally means that the web master has pulled the main index for some reason and he/she has directory lock in place. In other words the site is down until the web master restores it.
