You can find a sort of archive of direct links to things like the blind
cooltech podcasts at AirsLA:
http://www.airsla.org/
Apart from audio versions of lots of magazines, newspapers, etc., have a
look atht the technology listing page, and you'll find a link to the
blindcooltech archive there.
Stay well

I believe that you are correct, there. Although the links still appear,
those particular podcasts may have been archived. But I believe that they
may still be somewhere. However, I'm not 100% sure of that.
I am sure that those links become inactive after a certain time. There
was one on the Olympus DS-50 digital recorder. I wanted to get it for a
friend but it wouldn't work any more.

Subject: [Blind-Computing] Blind Cool Tech podcast
Hi list,
I was trying to download some podcasts from the Blind Cool Tech website
but they wouldn't work. I wanted the 3 Microsoft Excel podcasts. I was
able to download the recent Ipod 3 podcast from the site, so I don't know
what is going on.
Do they take the files off the server after a certain amount of time? I
think these podcasts were done in 2006.
I do a right click on the file name and hit enter on "save target as" and
I get the getting file information dialogue box, and that's where it
stops.
Thanks for any assistance with this matter.
