I registered with them when they had open invitations, don't remember any
problems with that.
I am surprised you are having problems with the voice capture as once you
register, about every 4 or maybe 5th time you download a link it goes to
that voice capture. I've never had any problems with that neither as I
download the file and I play it through winamp.
once you input the text in to the box it then allows you to download the
file.
just thought I'd mention this.
