DCheck you have the latest video drivers. If so then do a repair on the JAWS program including the video intercept. Hi Chris; Thank you very much for the response the suggestions but, as it turns out all I needed to do was reboot the computer after changing the screen resolution in the display settings. Hi All; On my wifes computer when I try to create a new email Jaws doesn't acknowledge the To, CC, BCC, or Subject fields at all. It is only seeing the edit field. If I go into the system tray Jaws only says no selected item. When I route the Jaws cursor to the PC cursor and arrow up and down Jaws will only read/say Blank .This is just some of the problems I am having.
