Hi Rosemarie I use malwarebytes, super anti spyware and spybot for good measure. they are speech friendly, although with superanti spyware you might need help with the inserting the registration details if you decide to purchase it. Malwarebytes is also free although you can decide to purchase the updates, then it all becomes automatic process. the program will remove any files it finds regardless of you purchasing the updates.
