Angelina My copy does the same thing. Since it only occurs when I exit the program I've never considered it to be a problem that causes any harm. I know this doesn't help but it does tell you that the problem is not unique to your computer. Hi Angelina, The error message you are referring to only comes up when Jaws is running. I had someone sighted check this message on 3 computers running 3 different operating systems it only came up when Jaws was running on all 3 computers. Freedom Scientific could not re-create this problem because I only get this error message running the Pro / pay for version, Fs only runs the free version. So, whenever this message comes up , just press the spacebar on the okay button to get rid of it. In closing, just close the message, it is only a conflict between Jaws Malware Bytes. does not pose any problems. Hope this helps, somewhat anyways. Take care. I also use malwarebytes and I also get that message only if I use the exit button provided by that software. To avoid that message, don't use the exit button.
