Hi, John, I was able to remove C-desk from my computer. What I had to do was go to "computer" and then to the C drive and look for a folder called Adaptive Voice. I deleted that folder and the C-desk shortcuts and that got rid of it.I wrote to someone at the Chicago Lighthouse and he told me what to do. Thanks very much for trying to help. Hi Rosemarie, If it doesn't show up in the list of installed programs, then look in the start menu under all programs for a folder with the program name. Look for an uninstall er in that folder. If it does not have one, then look in: c:\program files or c:\program files x86 for a file similar to this: uninst.exe If you find that file, hit enter to run it. Otherwise, you will have to delete the folders associated with the program.
