I've only been able to hear the test practice file, and the voice sounds 
a bit like Tom. I don't hear that poor inflection you mention. It sounds 
pretty good to me.

Can anyone record an actual Jeopardy show and send it to the list?
I work and can't listen live.

I believe that it might be one of the newer Nuance voices but I can't be
absolutely sure.  Have you noticed that the pauses and inflections are a bit
odd?
It might just be a voice that IBM  created, itself.
I like the clarity but I don't particularly enjoy the way he handles
sentence structure.  The emphasis seems to be incorrect.
