Hi Mike, Have you viewed this before during a scheduled scan, or during a manual scan? Not sure why there would be a difference, just a thought. Hi Rick, This only happens during a scheduled scan. I just tried a manual scan , scanning., shows up in the system tray. I wonder why, scanning, doesn't show during a scheduled scan?! Hi Chris: Thank you for your response. After resetting the time I received 6 more updates. My brother tells me that he has reset the time many times but, the time keeps getting screwed up. Becky, when you see that computer is unprotected message in the s ystem tray, do you click on it to see what it says? Go through the menu and make sure real time protection is checked.
