[Boston.pm] quiz questions
hi all, i decided to email the quiz questions to you all. after doing the quiz tomorrow night, i will post the url for the answers i have collected in training and my answers. the talk tomorrow will also use these answer slides. so think about these and if you are at the meeting tomorrow, be prepared to dazzle me with your brilliance. if not, prepare your answers and email them to the list. remember, these questions are designed to make you think (and think differently) about your work and career as a coder. have the appropriate amount of fun! and maybe this will entice you to come to the meeting. if you do, please rsvp to bill ricker so he can order enough pizza. as i said, this will be educational and possibly even fun! :) thanx, uri what is a computer? what is code? what is a program? what is programming? what is a programmer? what is a programming language? what is a script? what is a compiler? what is an interpreter? what is a virtual machine? why is programming easy? why is programming hard? when you code, who is the most important PERSON you should be thinking about? other than comments, what is the most important HUMAN oriented aspect of your code? what is the number one PURPOSE of comments? bonus question (hint - it is a trick answer): what is the opposite of spaghetti code? -- Uri Guttman -- [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.sysarch.com -- - Perl Code Review , Architecture, Development, Training, Support -- - Free Perl Training --- http://perlhunter.com/college.html - - Gourmet Hot Cocoa Mix http://bestfriendscocoa.com - ___ Boston-pm mailing list Boston-pm@mail.pm.org http://mail.pm.org/mailman/listinfo/boston-pm
