Sorry.  That was changed in


The current name of the target is `build-pdf-book`.

been updated to use .MR, it just does not use .MR (for speed).

What I was wondering is if at some point we could drop the an.tmac definition,
or if we could just define the few things we need, and cat(1) them to the
system an.tmac for the rest of it.

(Building the book I've written more legitimate uses of cat(1) --as a
catenator-- than even.  :)
