The cluster are behind a load balancer with sticky session and you are redirected to one or another, if you want to see the ur is https://gs.fje.edu:8443/ . I'm not sure but I think that happen in both servers at the same time. The most probable cause can be a corrupt browser cache. The best option would be to clear the browser cache and re-load the portal page. For logged in users, this won't happen because all data is stored in the server.
