[casper] Opening in Green Bank

Hi all

We are anticipating hiring an engineer in Green Bank to work on CASPER and
other digital instrumentation projects with the rest of the Green Bank
staff.

This would be at the Engineer 3 or 2 level, depending on experience and
degree.  (Engineer 3 is the entry level at NRAO, 2 is one step up the
ladder). If you're interested, let me know.  If you're at the CASPER
workshop, feel free to look me up and we can discuss it.

Just to complete the thread.

I got it the .bof file uploaded and programmed onto the FPGA.

>From UBUNTU machine in terminal session I used command: nc -w 2 -q 2
roachip 7147 < yourboffile.bof

While at the same time from a TELNET session I ran ?upload 7147.

papers/posters is open for HPSP2014 . We have a
strong interest from SKA, CTA, CERN, XFEL and other big experiments, as
well as several participants from Industry, including NVIDIA, ALTERA and

The abstract submission deadline is 31st July 2014.
