My HQ DID is 575-212-2000 ; my BR2 DID is 608-323-3000 During TEHO calls: PRIMARY: When I call from HQ to BR2 PSTN Local calls: 91608555 || Call is going though H323 HW as 555 (this works gr8) BACK-UP: However when I shutdown the voice-ports in H323 GW to test my Local HQ T1 GW as backup (as 1608555), I am hearing a ANN message as Your call cannot be completed as dialed, please check. Until yesterday, it was a success, today no luck. (I tried to remove H323 as Primary just use my local HQ T1 GW as primary for this LD call), this works! Anyone faced similar issue? Thanks! Erwan, Did you remember to reset the Route List that these Route-Patterns pointed to? Does 911 or any other non-7 or 10 digit dialing work? If your route list is configured as explained, set both the Stop Routing on User Busy Flag and Stop Routing on Unallocated Number Flag service parameters to False. if you are using a H323 gateway did you goto the service parameters and enable stop routing on user busy and existed route list? Set those to false. hi, I have configured extension mobility service on ccm413 (VMWARE). but when i click services button on IP blue phone (VTGO_PC_LITE(Demo). it gives me following message. “An ActiveX control on this page might be unsafe to interact with other part of the page. do you want to allow interaction ?” When i click yes. it doesn’t show me the “extension mobility service (Login)”. any idea abt it ?
