I agree with Roger, about your question, primary-ni is the standard pri 
interface in the USA, so when you send a 10 digit long number it set the type 
as national also if you send a 7 digit number it will set the call as 
subscriber, with primary-net5 is not the case becouse it doesn't recognize namp

something, it doesn't matter (and hence we shouldn't care).

Hi, if you are asked to use g711 for intra-site calls and you don't specify 
codedc g771u under voice register pool, intrasite calls to/from this phone to 
let say to other sccp phone in the same site will use g729 and you will brake 
the requirements

I believe it Q dependent and also If I have G711ulaw under voice reg pool in 
that case if I am calling say via GK from HQ into CME the transcoders will be 
needed, but is there anythign else I am missing whcih will break if I don't 
mention any codec under voice reg pool...which by default is G729

When configuring callmanager as a DHCP server does anyone know the affects
of leaving the default settings of 0 for both the server and the subnet
for the following values ?

Arp Cache Timeout (sec)*: 0
IP Address Lease Time (sec)*: 0
Renewal(T1) Time (sec)*: 0
Rebinding(T2) Time (sec)*: 0

I believe there are a couple of bugs open on that and setting the  
values to 0 doesn't work. I would like to hear if anybody on the group

I haven't seen problem in my labs leaving that to default values. If I'm not 
sure 0 means:

 Arp Cache Timeout (sec)*: 60s
 IP Address Lease Time (sec)*: 7 days
 Renewal(T1) Time (sec)*: 0 3,5 days
 Rebinding(T2) Time (sec)*: around 5 day

I am working on vol2 lab1, trying to get the call from the HQ site to BR2. I
am done with the configs on the HQ for the GK and CUBE and on the BR2 RTR. I
