I asked the same thing a while back. It's not you, it's the Pod / VMware. I saw the same thing - only messages left by users with a mailbox on the system actually make it to the recipients' mailbox. Every other message (PSTN, non-subscriber, etc) gets recorded, then goes off into the ether. It probably hits the "undeliverable " bucket, but I never dug that deep. Yes, appears to have come up about 3PM Eastern, 45 minutes before my session ended - which didn't quite leave me enough time to do a lab :). According to support they had ISP issues. Has anyone else had an issue where you cannot leave voicemail from the PSTN phone and have it show up in CXN? I only have this issue with Proctor Labs, not in my home lab or in the real world. I can leave messages internally without issue, but anything from the PSTN phone does not get recorded on CXN. Works fine to CUE from PSTN phone. Am I missing something?
