[OSL | CCIE_Voice] PL Servers Issue

Hi Guys

Has anyone faced Servers not booting issue in the PL racks?

I am unable to see the servers on the switch and they don;t seem to be
coming up even after I tried to start/revert them from the session page.

Let me know if I am missing something here.

I reloaded CUE and since The tutorial was on so I created a greeting. Sometime 
after that it started working

Have you tried no sccp / sccp?

I have already gotten some issues with audio, and it was a bug in the media
resources.

Take a look to make sure your transcoder is good and registered at  sc. Also if 
you have RSVP or qos between sc and hq check to make sure that configuration is 
good. Make a call between phones from hq and sc and see if audio is good.

[OSL | CCIE_Voice] CUIC Daily SLA reporting help needed

Dears;

I am new for CUIC and I just gor Premium license and would like to add the
summary SLA.
The CUIC version that I have is version 8.

I just need help where to put this formula:

SUM(${ServiceLevelCalls}) / SUM(${ServiceLevelCallsOffered})

Actually I did a copy for the CallTypeHistoricalAllFields and I saved it in
a new name, then I clicked on Create and I selected Formula. Then I selected
Edit Formatting and I selected the Footer to be Custom Formula.

In the Default Custom Footer Formula, I placed:
SUM(${ServiceLevelCalls}) / SUM(${ServiceLevelCallsOffered})

But still did not work.

Any advise how to apply this? Appreciate the kindly help.
The customer is pushing hard on me and we just moved live and we are facing
a problem that they need the Summary SLA to be urgent.
