It is in the Edit User Basics page. You can only change while you are adding the user. If you are importing the users, change it under User template. See screen in attach. --Marcio Reesink Date: Sat, 24 Apr 2010 19:27:42 -0700 Subject: Re: [OSL | CCIE_Voice] MWI Issues resolved - Might help CCIETALK From: vccie2...@gmail.com To: marciorees...@hotmail.com CC: cciet...@gmail.com; ciscovoiceg...@gmail.com; ccie_voice@onlinestudylist.com Hello Marcio, I don't see Phone System under User Configuration, are you talking other way round as I do see User associated under Phone Syetem ? 2010/4/24 Márcio Reesink marciorees...@hotmail.com Check also Phone System under the user configuration. When MWI does not work in my case, it is because the AXL service on CUC is down and cannot communicate with CUCM. The only fix I have found is to reboot the CUC server after activating the service. Once the server comes back up, MWI works perfectly and the service stays up. Hello - I have been having MWI issues with CUC. Basically, the MWI light does not turn on. CCIETalk had the same (or similar) problem.
