Yes Dave , I tried with both SRST ref and Default GW in DP. I am running on 2811 router. the GW is configured as H323 on CCM c2800nm-adventerprisek9_ivs_li-mz.124-24.T2http://us.mc379.mail.yahoo.com/mc/showMessage?sMid=1filterBy=.rand=1853473932midIndex=1mid=1_22114036_AKRbv9EAAJs9S3DvGgN%2B%2FH4k0v8 On Mon, Feb 8, 2010 at 9:18 PM, David Wagner unifiedd...@gmail.com wrote: Did you check your SRST reference in CUCM? Just a quick one though, I have CME files on BR2 site since it was for CME site. But I beleive we can still run SRST on it since it is taking call-manager-fallback commands ??? Re: [OSL | CCIE_Voice] SRST on BR2 not working
Since you already mentioned this is an H323 gateway, the commands which David mentioned really have no meaning and are only applicable in MGCP-controlled gateways. Is your SRST reference using the same IP address as is configured under call-manager-fallback? Also, after you added these references to the Device Pool for the phones, did you reset the phones? Another thing to check is once you have configured everything correctly, on the phones themselves, you should be able to go into Settings and see the CallManagers being used in order of preference - Unified CM1 (Active), Unified CM2 (Standby), and Unified CM3 (SRST). If it doesn't show there, then the phone doesn't know to try and register with the gateway when it loses communication with both of the UCMs. Earl Hough CCIE #16508 (RS/Security) From: ccie_voice-boun...@onlinestudylist.com [mailto:ccie_voice-boun...@onlinestudylist.com] On Behalf Of vccie2010 Sent: Tuesday, February 09, 2010 1:02 AM To: David Wagner Cc: ccie_voice@onlinestudylist.com Subject: Re: [OSL | CCIE_Voice] SRST on BR2 not working Just a quick one though, I have CME files on BR2 site since it was for CME site.
