If you're not running CF Standard, then:
Packaging  Deployment  ColdFusion ArchivesI hate promoting that tool, but
it does work.

No, Standard CF doesn't get that tool (which is why I hate promoting it).

What you could do it revoke your standard install to a CF Developer, do the
car export dance and then import the car and then put in your serial for
standard.  Anyway, I'm sure someone else on the list has a better idea of
which files to grab for you.

I just make it a habit of not using my serial key until I've done doing all
my DSN importing.

 configs/settings over? I have tried just moving the neo-query.xml, 
 but that didn't seem to work. Nothing shows up after I restart 
 the service.

With CF 8, there are two files you have to copy - neo-query.xml and
neo-datasources.xml.
