DATA INTEGRATION EXP MUST**.*



*Work Requirements *

The business analyst will support the initial analysis phase of the Data
Integration Project. The project will integrate client-level data that is
already stored within different departments. It will build on existing
tools to access the integrated data for the following business functions:

(a) Enabling individual client “lookup” for direct care coordination –
building on Extended Client Lookup System,

(b) Identifying high risk groups, based on flexible criteria, for
system-level care coordination, and

(c) Extracting datasets, based on flexible criteria, for analysis of
population health, program evaluation and costs. Data would be made
available in as timely a manner as the original datasets. If feasible, the
data system would permit alignment of client-level integrated data with
client’s aggregate population health data such that analyses (including
dashboards and reports) could use both to create a fuller picture.



*Required Skills*

• Seven (7) years business analysis experience with 5 years of *large
data integration project required.*

• *IIBA CBAP* certification desirable.

• Ability to model data at the conceptual and logical level.
