Well I think buckets and console are more sporty myself

.but the bench is great for cuddling and luvin

.. with your car being faster than his, you won't have to worry bout
that though ;)

Well I'd say go for what you prefer. By the way my interior is Black vinyl,
and i know what ya mean about the mylar on the door panels peeling off. I
got all my weatherstripping from Ground Up Restorations on Long Island, NY.

Also, does weatherstripping have to be ordered from one of those expensive catalogs??
I've seen all kinds of weatherstripping at local
upholstery shops, thinking some of it will work..
Will be doing the seats in cloth, but right now i'm undecided on installing
the original bench, or finding a set of buckets with a console,,, any
thoughts?? its a 68 chevelle

If you can match a cross section of the weatherstriping, it will work wherever it
comes from. The JC Whitney catalog has a variety of weatherstriping and they show
cross section views. See if you can match it up. I have seen the catalogs in
bookstores or you can visit their web site.

Buckets vs Bench is a personnal decision. I went with late model buckets just
because they are more comfortable.
