And Dean, never try to replace any body panel, including floor pans and trunks without the body sitting on the chassis. What if you remove the body, insert the floorpan, refit to chassis and then do the assembly. It appears to me that by holding the body on the chassis, the chassis acts as a Jig to ensure correct fitment and alignment. Since I'm doing quarters outer wheelhouses at the same time, I've removed one side will slide the trunk pieces in from the side first, while the body is still on the frame. The center of the trunk floor itself was pretty bad, but the braces the tank look to be in great shape. Mike is correct in that there doesn't appear to be a one piece rrunk available for the 64/67 cars. I have often heard that w/ patch panels vs. full panels whatever you spend in initial cost w/ a full panel is more than made up for when it comes to the additional labor and the final fit-and-finish. I would also say that as long as you're going off-frame, you may as well go w/ the full one-piece pan. The only catch is that sometimes the patch panels include more of the flange area...

I think they are all about the same price from any supplier. They all are made by DynaCorp anyways. They come two ways. Complete, or broke into three seperate pieces. I chose the three piece version...it was a little easier to work with. However if you're doing a frame off, you'll probably have more room than I did. Its up to you.
