Either turndowns or turnouts depending on where the exhaust stops now.  If
it's directly under the car, turndowns might make the matter worse by
bouncing the pulse off the roadway; in which case turnouts might be a better
solution.

Dale,

Could be reverberation. Everything looks good & has at least 1/2" clearance 
everywhere (not the 1/4" previously stated). Do you think adding turn-downs 
might help?

Are the pipes and/or mufflers vibrating or is the exhaust noise
reverberating?  Reverberation can be solved by simply moving the (final)
exhaust outlet away from the underneath of the car...whether it be out the
side or rear.  Vibration of the pipes/mufflers would mean the assembly is
loose.
