If you call them mad and there smoke coming from there end of the phone line, nothing good well happen. A company can not have an ad stating a price and not honor it. It is against the law. Be nice on the phone. If the person does not responded, ask for Ken or the Sale Manager. If the Sale Manager does not agree, tell his that it is against the law to advertise a price and not honor it. Make sure you print out the web page with some kind of proof of date. Do not get mad over the phone at anytime, it will not work. Be nice and cool.Do not make threats even if you right. Was that the Piggly Wiggly grocery store?? Yep Their not around anymore are they??? Yes, they are in certain places...there's one here (Denton). They were bought out by Shop Rite Foods in the 60's then sold individually. The remaining stores are all home-owned and operated now and still carry the famous name. Memphis had the first Piggly Wiggly store were you used a key to have the grocery products dispensed to you. The machines were feed from the floor above. I have only thought that if you could design a grocery store like that were a full time stocking clerks would replenish the store from below or above would be a big hit and the sleeves would always be full. I never saw one of thoseinteresting idea. Kelly C. Hanna El Camino Country www.hannawoodworks.com

I agree with Steve. Call first, they most likely charged you the regular price and not the special. If they overcharged, they should call your bank to correct any problems. The web states: DELUXE WEATHERSTRIP KIT 1964-72 CHEVELLE COUPE (CLICK FOR CONTAINS) DLX. KIT HAS (2)DOOR (2)ROOFRAIL (1)TRUNK (8)WINDOW FELTS (2)U JAMB RUBBERS (2)1/4 GLASS SEALS The price they chargedmust be an error. Slow down and find out first. Did you call them to make sure the discount was applicable to this and/or that it was still current not expired?? I have spent in the range of $7,000-$9,000 with them thus far and am very happy with them. I am actually also on a first name basis with Ken, the owner. I have them bring decent size orders to swap meets I know they attend. I usually get a discount when I pick items up at these swap meets, and get free shipping on most items since I am a frequent customer plus I get everything in 1 day since they are in NY, and i am in NJ. I will say that they are the best resto parts supplier I have dealt with yet, Year one OPG are overpriced and like to rape you on shipping, they also neglect to tell you of back orders. Tom
