The weapons are for a warlord, not Taylor himself but a building block of that consensus. I think Taylor may be in an adjacent country lurking about, still a broker of influence. There are former warlords in the Liberian senate and cabinet and government positions. They had a truth and reconciliation and then beyond that are holding a justice process. I knew a USN lawyer, retired to contract judge, who worked his way through Harvard as a busboy. He would be almost as old as Uncle of the People. I can't ask him about Ho, too late. Around here we had Karzai as a restaurant owner. Way back in 1981 an Iraqi restaurant owner told me that the US was selling to both sides in the Iran-Iraq war which lasted from 1980-88. Then Jimmy Carter came on the radio and said that the Reagan admin was almost totalitarian. Very good pre-internet info.
