I regret that the documents couldn't be delivered in the time frame I gave you - and apologize for not updating you on progress earlier this week. Everyone I've worked with here concerning the document delivery dislikes delays. Even when necessary/obligatory diligence interferes. I have to defer to Hongwei for the next step.
