This is a bug though, and should be fixed. Nicolas, could you please file a bug report? My project is divided into 8 Cinelerra .xml files (sub-projects). Since the mpeg2enc command I use (shell in a pipe) takes a long time to process, I tried to batch render my projects. I already tried that around 1 week ago, and that worked. But I exported into Quicktime DV. I now export YUV4MPEG. The shell I use, which works in "normal rendering" does not work in batch rendering. The problem comes from the interlacing mode, which is indicated as "Unknown" in the batch rendering window. If I normally render a project (without batching it), the interlacing mode written in the rendering window is "Bottom Fields First". When rendering a project using the batch, my shell gives the following error message : **ERROR: [y4munsharp] Unsupported/unknown interlacing Is there a way to specify the interlacing mode in Batch rendering? I started a batch, I'll look at the mpeg file and check its interlacing is ok. There's no error message when starting the batch... I'll tell you if that worked. Re: [CinCVS] Interlacing mode in batch rendering
Hi Nicolas, what you can do is to insert a new command in front of your chain: yuvcorrect. It can set an unknown interlacing format to a specified format. Usage is for example yuvcorrect -T INTERLACED_BOTTOM_FIRST to set the stream to bottom interlacing. Hope that helps, Jonas Am Samstag, den 04.02.2006, 22:46 +0100 schrieb Nicolas: > Hello everyone! > > I can now export my project into mpeg2 files which are suitable for DVD > authoring. > > My project is divided into 8 Cinelerra .xml files (sub-projects). > > Since the mpeg2enc command I use (shell in a pipe) takes a long time to > process, I tried to batch render my projects.
