Cheers and thanx in advanced Ronald The Netherlands Message Posted at: http://www.groupstudy.com/form/read.php?f=7i=37854t=37854 -- FAQ, list archives, and subscription info: http://www.groupstudy.com/list/cisco.html Report misconduct and Nondisclosure violations to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
RE: CID help needed [7:37854]
go to www.cisco.com Click technical documents. Look 1/2 way down on the left hand side. Internetwork Design Guide.. top down network design is also a good book, (you'll have to buy it) and the internetworking case studies are helpful in finding the cisco way of doing things. -eh -Original Message- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: Monday, March 11, 2002 8:45 AM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: CID help needed [7:37854] Hi all, I'm searching for the Cisco Internetwork Design Manual. Re: CID Help needed
Hello Mr. Robert, I have bought you book (CID Study Guide) today .. I have a fast review I say Very good .. even you give more detail of the job of a network designer (some question Mrs. Priscilla help me with a good answers). I will use your book with the Cisco CID books "still waiting for a the Cisco design books :) " Thanks, Mohammed Hakim CCNA R/S - Original Message - From: Robert Padjen [EMAIL PROTECTED] To: Omer Ehsan Dar [EMAIL PROTECTED]; [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Thursday, October 26, 2000 11:17 PM Subject: Re: CID Help needed With bias I will recommend the Sybex text. ;) Priscilla's book is very good but is not a study guide - it is a solid reference and she is a good writer. She developed most of the CID materials for Cisco. My book is about 60% test prep to the exam and 40% today - note that the test is very old and somewhat dated. I have a number of very nice reviews on Amazon as well, including Priscilla's kind words. --- Omer Ehsan Dar [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: Dear Friends, I am appearing for my CID exam next week. RE: CID Help needed
Title: RE: CID Help needed Robert, I ordered your book but have not received it as of yet. Do you feel that you cover the Stratacom topics well enough? Or will I have to find material on this topic elsewhere? This seems to be the biggest complaint on this test. Thanks! RE: CID Help needed
Omer, I used the Todd Lammle book from Sybex along with the CID tests from Boson. I found the tests very helpful in helping me focus in certain areas and fill in gaps from the book. I passed the test last night with a 79%!!
